A little about me -- I have two sons who are my world. They're silly, rambunctious, and cute as can be; they keep me on my toes and make every day a new adventure! I spend my working days as an Early Childhood Special Education teacher, I love to sing and own every Stephen King book ever written. In my spare time I enjoy coffee, craft beer, visiting national parks, living room dance/karaoke parties with my boys, going to rock concerts and comedy shows with my husband, Loren, and relaxing at home.

Weddings have been my passion for years and I was super-excited (and a little nervous) to take the plunge into the wedding photography world with a few small ceremonies in 2014. Since then I have expanded my portfolio as well as my knowledge of wedding day timelines and photography; I know those special moments and make it a point to capture every last detail! I try to keep things as laid back as possible and go with the flow; because we all know wedding days can be hectic! My style is generally candid as I prefer to capture the true emotion of each moment as it happens. I tend to use more prompting over posing as I feel this results in more relaxed and "real" looking photos and can also help your time taking photos move along much more quickly so you can get back to your guests and celebrate!
